I liked the staff. They made one feel welcome. You felt free to ask questions. They were genuinely interested in why you needed to stay at their facility . Sometimes a reason for having to stay in a hotel is not for pleasure. We had an emergency, and they were very helpful in taking care of our needs. There was a free hot breakfast on top of all that. Much needed.hot breakfast. I would stay there again. Also I felt safe there which speaks volumes. Thank you. Carol Battaglia

Michelle at the front desk was awesome! After checking in and going to our room, she called to see if we liked the room and made sure we had everything we needed. Professional, courteous and friendly! Loved our room and will stay there again. We go to Phoenix often and it's a great location to visit my Mom and Sister.

Convenient location, great service, friendly staff. Breakfast was probably the best of any hotel I have stayed in for what it is. Overall the hotel is clean and well kept. Bed was super comfortable and plenty of pillows. Wifi was fast enough for me to conduct my business remotely. Lots of food and stores nearby.

The room was clean and comfy! The beds were very comfortable and the entire hotel was quiet and felt very safe. The staff were very kind and extremely polite! They have a wonderful breakfast that we ate each morning!!! I would love to stay here again! Excellent Hotel and service!!
